Devin Townsend is having an incredibly busy 2022, between wrapping up his new album Lightwork and preparing two shows for later this year in London. Yet somehow between those things, Townsend also managed to record a new ambient album called Dreampiece.
"Here's the next Guitar Improvisation album for those of you who cared about such things. More floaty ambient background stuff for a stressed out time," said Townsend. "This one is a bit more minimal and I like doing this sort of stuff in my spare time. It's what I bring to the table in a chaotic environment so I hope it helps some of you. Peace to you all."
