Foo Fighters won GRAMMYs in the Best Rock Album, Best Rock Song, and Best Rock Performance categories at the GRAMMY award ceremonies last night. Hawkins also received an extensive memorial before the In Memoriam segment, which featured musicians like Mark Lanegan and ZZ Top bassist Dusty Hill.

"This was the moment in the show when I was supposed to be introducing the Foo Fighters," said host Trevor Noah. "We would have been celebrating with them as they won three GRAMMY Awards earlier today. But they, of course, are not here due to the passing of their legendary drummer, Taylor Hawkins. Our thoughts go out to Taylor's family, his friends, his Foo Fighter family and all his fans."

Blabbermouth points out that while other musicians and notable figures, like Joey Jordison and Jon Zazula, were not shown during the In Memoriam segment, they are listed on the GRAMMYs website.
