METALLICA Monopoly: Actually A Thing!

Last night, Metallica posted the above image on their Facebook page, with a message saying "Coming to the Metallica Store next week!" I have to wonder if the irony is not lost on these guys? I'm guessing song titles will most likely replace the traditional properties like "Boardwalk" and "Park Place"? If so, my money is on "Enter Sandman" being the "Boardwalk" of this game. Also, would "Your bassist dies in a bus accident, pass go, collect 50 bucks" be in Community Chest or Chance? Discuss!
