Feh, Tuesday. What a lame day. Thankfully, we have a bunch of new music to get us through it. This includes some cool new acoustic clips from Baroness, a new track from Shai Hulud, album streams from Tomahawk and Mutiny Within and performance footage of Coheed and Cambria appearing on Conan.
Baroness guitarists John Baizely and Pete Adams made a special appearance during Neurosis' Philly show this past Sunday and played a few Baroness tunes acoustically. The duo performed “Steel That Sleeps The Eye,” “Cocanium,” and “Eula.” Watch bootleg footage over at MetalSucks.
Shai Hulud have posted another new track off their album Reach Beyond The Sun, which comes out on February 19th on Metal Blade Records. Listen to "A Human Failing" over at AP.
Mike Patton's on-again/off-again rock project Tomahawk's new catchy-as-fuck album Oddfellows is streaming at SPIN.com.
Mutiny Within are streaming their self-released final album, Synchronicity. You may recall we premiered the video for their track "Embers" a few weeks ago.
Coheed and Cambria performed on Conan last night. The band is promoting their upcoming tour with Between The Buried and Me
