Are you in the mood to hear some Black Label Society? What about some re-recorded classics? Maybe even a few covers? Well then you picked a good day to be in the mood for that, because it's happening!
Unblackened by Black Label Society might be out on September 24, but you can stream the entire thing over at Pandora Premiere right now! The live aspect of the release is great, as you'd expect from live Black Label Society, but the studio stuff is equally cool on the second disc. It's acoustic versions of the band's "Queen of Sorrow" and "Won't Find It Here," as well as Leon Russell's "Song for You" and Bill Withers "Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone," which you've heard. Overall it's a really solid listen through, and it's nice to see the band have gotten it out despite multiple delays since 2012. Once you're done with that, go grab some of the band's coffee… because coffee is good for you.
