Publicist UK, consisting of drummer Dave Witte (Municipal Waste, Discordance Axis), vocalist Zachary Lipez (ex-Freshkills), bassist Brett Bamberger (Revocation, ex-East Of The Wall), and guitarist David Obuchowski (Goes Cube), is finally streaming its fantastic debut record! Forgive Yourself is out on August 21 via Relapse Records and from what we've heard from it so far, it's going to be amazing… and now we can confirm that it is! Sure, it's all over the place, but it works so damn well.
But don't take our word for it. Lamb of God's Randy Blythe vouched for the record saying it "has a haunting post-punk vibe strongly tempered by the low-end rumbling of the heavy music scene- this has resulted in an ethereal yet muscular sound- it's like if Joy Division and the Chameleons wrote some songs, had members of Helmet & the Jesus Lizard record them, then the dudes in ISIS handled the studio mix. "
