Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross scored their third Golden Globe Award over the weekend.
The duo took home a Golden Globe Award in the Best Original Score category for their Challengers soundtrack. The duo was also nominated for the song "Compress / Repress" from the Challengers soundtrack in the Best Original Song category, but were beat by "El Mal" by Camille, Clément Ducol, and Jacques Audiard for the Emilia Pérez movie. Reznor and Ross previously won two Golden Globes in the Best Original Score category, those being for Soul in 2020 and The Social Network in 2010.
Reznor and Ross have been pretty damn busy over the past year. The duo are working on a new Nine Inch Nails record alongside Nine Inch Nails' soundtrack for Disney's upcoming TRON movie, just released their soundtrack for the movie Queer, and they've been contracted to soundtrack the upcoming game Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet by Naughty Dog.
