While he might not be losing too much sleep over it, you have to think that Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger regrets trashing Corey Taylor and Stone Sour, saying he thought Stone Sour sounded like Nickelback Lite, among other unflattering comments in a recent radio interview.
Corey Taylor hit back the following day with a litany of hilarious insults, he had riff after riff on Kroeger, and then in another interview said Kroeger is to rock music what KFC is to chicken. Ouch! But now, it's not even Taylor throwing back the insults, it's Stone Sour fans themselves. At Chicago Open Air this weekend, footage captures shows Stone Sour fans chanting "Fuck Nickelback" in between songs. Taylor looks amused and flattered all at the same time:
