Dream Theater is now streaming the latest addition to their Lost Not Forgotten Archives series, Distance Over Time Demos (2018). As you might've guessed from the name, the collection features demo version of all the songs from Dream Theater's 2018 album Distance Over Time.
"We invite you to go behind the scenes of the creation of our Distance Over Time album!" said Dream Theater in a statement. "Released today are our original demo tracks from the album, presented in the order in which the tracks were written and recorded."
Lost Not Forgotten Archives: Distance Over Time Demos (2018) is available on vinyl and CD here. In a recent interview, former Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy discussed how the Lost Not Forgotten Archives series was originally born from the YTSE Jam releases back in the 2000s, and how he's still got a hand in some of the newer additions to the catalog.
