El Drugstore is a instrumental technical metal act from New Jersey and fans have been waiting for a new album from the trio for six years, since their full-length debut, Plague Ship was released.
We're excited to premiere their blissful new album, The Golden Age Of Bad Ideas today for you. The album is officially out tomorrow, November 15th. Find preorders at the label webshop here and via Bandcamp where “Moral Curve” is streaming here.
Guitarist Kevin Conway comments on the album finally being released:
"We are extremely excited to finally release this record into the wild. It has taken shape very slowly over the course of the 6 years since we released Plague Ship, but I think we ended up capturing where our heads were at musically and emotionally during this time period. The goal was to construct something that is a challenging listen but has enough structure to give listeners something to grab onto, and hopefully that comes across to anyone hearing it."
To celebrate, the band is planning a special record release show for this Saturday, November 16th, in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, with performances from East Of The Wall, Martin Howth, and Kevin Grossman as well. RSVP here.
