Before the commercially available Blood Lust in 2011, Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats was a one-man project by vocalist and guitarist Kevin Starrs. Starrs released Uncle Acid's debut album Vol. 1 on 30 CDr copies in 2010 only, and later on there were tons of vinyl bootlegs. The album has become a rarity over the years, and even though Uncle Acid would play songs like "Crystal Spiders" live, the album remained out of print and completely unavailable.
Today, with the blessing and remix supervision of Starrs himself, Vol. 1 has been re-released unto the masses on much more than bootleg vinyl and CDr copies. You can grab a copy of the album here in a few formats, and stream the redone version of the album below!
