Sometimes, you just want to go onto your driveway half-naked and riff out. For one Australian man, I guess it was too much rocking for his neighbors to handle.
Savas Caruso, or Subblet Hammer, as he prefers to be referred to, got a visit from local authorities in a suburb of Adelaide last week during one of his weekly 45-minute shred fests.
South Australia Police arrested him for violating an environment protection order which instructed him not to perform for 72 hours. Footage of the arrest can be seen below.
Capitalizing on the publicity, Subblet Hammer posted a Change.org petition saying the police have “no grounds on which to enforce this order [and have] no authority to come onto [Caruso's] property while [he's] playing his music and disconnect the power”. The petition has nearly 1,300 signatures as of this writing.
