I recently checked out Rivers of Nihil at a live show, and was blown away by these guys and their stage presence for a relatively new band. Turns out the fine folks at Metal Blade agree with me, because they just announced they have signed the band to their roster.
The band will be entering the studio with Erik (muthafuckin') Rutan of Hate Eternal, who is a fan of the band as well, in March of next year. That means by the summer, the band will have a new release out that all your friends will be raving about, but you could be all like? Oh them, I was really into their demo when I heard it on Metal Injection, but I'm over them now.
