Russian Circles' new album Guidance seriously can't get here fast enough. The band's debut single "Vorel" was a blistering look at what the band was offering on the album, and now we've got "Mota." The song is a churning six minute progressive jam that evokes what I would imagine a swirling tie-dye visualizer would sound like. It ebbs, it flows, it feeds back, and it launches right into the stratosphere beautifully.
Guidance comes out August 5 via Sargeant House, and you can pre-order it right here. Don't forget to catch the band on tour with Cloakroom and Helms Alee (sans Crucial Fest in Salt Lake City and Levitation Fest in Vancouver) this summer and fall either!
