Last week, while in Russia, Suicide Silence decided to end their show on a high note by destroying their gear. It looks like they had so much fun doing it, they decided to keep the destruction going at the end of their London show on Friday, March 24th.
Fan David Tan captured footage of guitarist Chris Garza grabbing some lighter fluid and matches and setting his guitar on fire, before throwing it at their backline. Then, drummer Alex Lopez began destroying his kit. Here's video:
While some may have painted these actions as a meltdown, the band has said in the past that they were inspired by how Nirvana ended their shows with destruction. Hey, I'm all for breaking things, but it feels like this stuff adds up eventually.
