THE MELVINS Unveils Music From A Heavy Side Project Circa 1998

Nearly 20 years later and the album is out.

Nearly 20 years later and the album is out.

In 1998, The Melvins and GodHeadSilo toured on what would end up being the latter's final trek. During that trek, GodHeadSilo's bassist Mike Kunka and The Melvins teamed up for a small project called Mike and The Melvins. The project recorded an album called Three Men and a Baby, which for whatever rason never saw the light of day.

Until April 1 this year, when SubPop will be releasing the record! Granted, the album has been touched up by Kunka and The Melvins a little bit for release, but still! It sounds damn good, though we'll let you decide that for yourselves with a new (old?) track called "Chicken N' Dump" below.
