We have the footage of Scott's quick cameo.
Last night was Scott Ian's big moment to shine on The Walking Dead. Ian appeared as a carpet walker and eventually was made to waste after (slight spoiler alert) being impaled by Carl, the lead character. Ian mentioned in a recent interview that he got to keep the mask of his face that the makeup artists cast as a souvenir of his time on the show.

Ian also posted a few photos of him in full walker makeup:
"The hair! The bald chin! The hi-tops! The shorts! The guitar! The NOT shaved in my chest! It's all here!"
"That didn't make us better or anything. We're just different."
