Even though the GRAMMYs could give rock and metal just a bit more respect, by ya'know, featuring some of it on the main show, it still is a very big deal for bands to be nominated, especially in the heavy metal genre.
So for artists like Trivium, Bring Me The Horizon, High on Fire, Deafheaven, Halestorm, Underoath, and Ghost – it was a big deal and they decided to dress to the nines for the event. Since metalheads don't usually get invited to these things, I thought it would be fun to take a look at how everybody turned out:
