Much like with Dave Mustaine and Danzig, we've done so much writing about Insane Clown Posse and their fan base, we decided to give them a category of their own: Juggalo Times.
And, Juggalo Times are notgood, because Yahoo! is reporting that the Internal Revenue Service would like to speak with Shaggy 2 Dope (his mother calls him Joseph Utsler) about some taxes he owes:
In a court filing, the government asked a judge Wednesday to enforce a summons against Joseph Utsler, better known by his stage name, Shaggy 2 Dope. The IRS is investigating the suburban Detroit man's income for 2011 and 2012.
The government says Utsler didn't appear for meetings in March and May. He was supposed to bring financial records.
Evading the IRS does not ever end well for anybody, even a juggalo. If Shaggy happens to be found guilty of tax evasion, he could face five years in prison.
Of course, ICP don't exactly get along with government officials, as they sued the FBI last year for classifying their fans as a gang. The case dismissed twice.
