Ex-Black Label Society guitarist Nick Catanese, 46, has pleaded guilty to sending sexually explicit texts and photographs to a 14-year-old girl. The charges to which Catanese pleaded guilty in Allegheny County court were unlawful contact, corruption of minors, and endangering the welfare of children, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Catanese will serve five years probation, will be required to register as a sex offender under Megan's Law for 25 years, and must "avoid contact with minors and have no access to internet-capable computers."

Catanese was a teacher at the School Of Rock in Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania, and authorities were alerted to his activities by school owner David Blackrick on April 29. According to the story, Catanese had already been terminated at that point due to a "previously reported incident with another female student."

In the incident to which Catanese pleaded guilty, the victim told police that Catanese was her instructor at the school and that he sent her sexually explicit messages on Instagram, including photos of his penis. He also requested nude images of the girl and described various sex acts.

Catanese joined Black Label Society in 1998 and played with the group until 2013. Catanese was referred to as "The Evil Twin" during his tenure with the band, hence the Instagram name.
