From Autumn To Ashes were in the midst of a reunion tour when halfway through, they abruptly pulled out of the tour citing "a personal emergency beyond our control."
According to Lambgoat, that personal emergency was frontman Francis Mark getting arrested. Details are currently scarce, but Mark was allegedly sentenced in Michigan for maintaining a drug house. Mark was not arrested, but placed on probation, with one of the points being travel restrictions preventing Mark from touring. While no further details are available, Mark could just be the victim of a wrong-place-wrong-time scenario. I looked up "maintaining a drug house" and the first result was a lawyer in Michigan who stated that the crime is defined as such:
In the state of Michigan, maintaining a drug house is illegal. An individual, who is suspected of drug activity such as maintaining a location where illegal drugs or controlled substances are kept, sold, or used by others such as a home, building, store, or other structure, or even a vehicle, may be arrested for maintaining a drug house. Even if an individual is not actually charged with this offense, he or she may still face a civil fine of up to $25,000 if penalized by the state.
So it could just be that one of Mark's roommates had drugs and his name was on the lease. Or it could've been him. But that's just speculation. As soon as we have further details, we will report back to you.
