In the same week as learning his mother died, KISS co-founder Gene Simmons is being taken to court.
The rockstar is facing a sexual battery lawsuit by a woman who claims that Simmons groped her at the opening of his Rock & Brews restaurant in 2016.
The Blast reports the woman worked as a dishwasher at the establishment, and on opening day, December 6, 2016, she claims Simmons walked into the kitchen and she was asked to take a photo with him. The woman, only identified as Jane Doe, claims she did not know who Simmons was but agreed to take the photo and, according to court documents, Simmons “reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina, completely covering it.”
The woman claims that Simmons acted “reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina, completely covering it," touching other women's hair and asking women to unbutton their shirts.
