On Friday, we reported about Tallah frontman Justin Bonitz being arrested at the Lizard Lounge in Lancaster, PA on July 18th, after a scuffle with local security.
At the time, the band noted that police told them he was released at 2:30am without a shirt or phone and they were unable to find him. Turns out, due to a clerical error by the police department, he was still being detained.
“We have Justin back.
After the police station told us he was released at 4 a.m. we spent the majority of the day searching the city for him. Apparently, he was transferred to a prison nearby and the police station did not keep track of it and were instead told he was released. We made our way over to the prison and bailed him out. He still needs to go to court but atleast we have him back now. We will see you on the road this week with Guerrilla Warfare.”
That's not exactly how bail works but we're glad the Tallah boys are reunited.
