It's safe to say if LA hardcore act Rotting Out is planning a reunion anytime soon, frontman Walter Delgado will not be a part of it. Delgado arrested last week in Ohio on drug trafficking charges.
As you can see by the photo above, there was a lot of drugs. Ohio State Highway Patrol caught Delgado, 29, and his accomplice Anthony Jochum, 26, of Cleveland hardcore band Search Bloc, when the two were pulled over for a "following too closely violation." The cops searched the car and found 700 pounds of marijuana and 1,000 jars of hash oil, which the cops report has a collective street value of $350,000. Cops also seized $7,500 in cash.
The two are currently incarcerated at the Multi-County Jail and besides the trafficking charge, they are being charged also with possession of marijuana and possession of "criminal tools."
According to NORML, both possession and trafficking of such high amounts of weed is a second-degree felony in Ohio and the duo can face up to 8 years for each charge.
