Vocalist Jon Oliva (Savatage, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Jon Oliva's Pain) was arrested in Pasco County, FL on September 30 for driving under the influence (DUI) and cocaine possession.
Oliva was arrested at 3:43 a.m. and was booked by the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, later to be released on bail at 12:34 a.m. on October 1.
Possession of a controlled substance (in this case, cocaine) is a felony that carries a $10,000 bond, while a DUI is a misdemeanor that carries a $3,500 bond. Oliva's mugshot appears to be taken in a hospital or some sort of medical facility, suggesting Oliva was injured at the time of his arrest.
