Believer hasn't released a new album since 2011's Transhuman, though that's very slowly becoming not the case this year. Believer is releasing five two-song EPs throughout 2017, which can be stacked in the order they came out to form the new Believer full-length album.
You can check out the new release 2 Of 5 below, which is pretty much 10 minutes of fantastic progressive metal. Personally, I love the second track over the first because it's just so damn catchy all around, but they're both damn good.
