It's 2019 and people are still leaking albums. Due to this unfortunate circumstance, Blut Aus Nord has released their new album Hallucinogen a few weeks early. The album was originally slated to be out on October 11 but is available in all digital formats now. According to the band, all physical copies will still ship around the time they were supposed.
Our eternal thanks to those who respect our work !!!
Considering the album is spreading with no respect to its creators, we've decided to release "Hallucinogen" earlier than expected.
Debemur Morti Productions will be shipping the CD/Cassette version to people who pre-ordered it next week. Vinyl isn't here yet, thanks for your patience.
Blut Aus Nord guitarist and vocalist Vindsval says Hallucinogen is a new chapter in the band's history, and that they have no interest in repeating themselves.
“Hallucinogen marks a new stage in our process of perpetual regeneration. Music is a fascinating quest without end… and it would be a mess to express the same range of emotions, a mess to remain frozen in the same aesthetic, the same energy, a mess to compose and release the same thing again and again… and again.”
For those who leak albums, here's a quick and dirty guide on how not to do that – when you get a digital copy of a record, just don't give it to anyone. It's super easy not to be a shitty person.
