Cast The Stone, featuring bassist Derek Engemann (China Girl, ex-Cattle Decapitation), drummer Jesse Schobel (Oracle, ex-Scour), guitarist Mark Kloeppel (Misery Index, Scour), and vocalist Andrew Huskey, will release a new EP called Empyrean Atrophy on August 31. It'll be their first new material in 13 years and it's exactly as death metal as you'd want it to be. Though their new song "A Plague Of Light" will convince you of that very quickly.
