Full of Hell teamed up with Adult Swim Singles for the release of their new song "Language of Molting Cherubs." Vocalist Dylan Walker said the track is the final chapter of the band's previous two records, Trumpeting Ecstasy and Weeping Choir, and is "the final death gasp of a broken human being at the end of their rope." The track employs claustrophobic production, extra guttural vocals even by Full of Hell standards, and near-deafening noise to really drive home "the final death gasp" aspect of what Walker intended.
"Pushing forward into 2020, the band aligns with Adult Swim to present 'Language of Molting Cherubs,' the first recorded material since Weeping Choir and the final salvaged wreckage of the world in which Trumpeting Ecstasy/Weeping Choir reside," said Walker. "Blurring the line between grindcore, harsh noise and abrasively avante garde free jazz saxophone squelching, 'Language of Molting Cherubs' is the final death gasp of a broken human being at the end of their rope, on the border between worlds.”
Full of Hell spent pre-quarantine time in the studio recording "more than one release" and have been writing a new album during quarantine. So it seems safe to expect more material from the band this year.
