Lingua Ignota, the brilliant project headed by Kristin Hayter, will release a new album Caligula on July 19. Lingua Ignota's is quite literally everything from classical and ambient to downright furious, throat-shredding black metal wails, and every single second of it sounds downright phenomenal. As you'll come to find out on the new track "Do You Doubt Me Traitor", which I suggest maybe listening to at a reasonable volume – Lingua Ignota plays with dynamics.
Caligula will feature Sam McKinlay (THE RITA), drummer Lee Buford (The Body), percussionist Ted Byrnes (Cackle Car, Wood & Metal), and vocalists Dylan Walker (Full of Hell), Mike Berdan (Uniform), and Noraa Kaplan (Visibilities). Pre-order Caligula here and catch Lingua Ignota at one of the dates below.
