Moon Destroys – now a trio featuring guitarist Juan Montoya (ex-Torche, MonstrO, ex-Killer Be Killed) and drummer Evan Diprima (Gold Pyramid, ex-Royal Thunder) alongside new vocalist and guitarist Charlie Suárez (MonstrO, ex-Sunday Driver) – is streaming their sludgy new single "The Nearness Of June".
"'The Nearness of June', romanticized as far as the galaxy permits, is nothing more than a tale of hope within despair amongst the passengers of an inter-planetary vessel being propelled into the unknown," said Suárez of the single.
Check it out below and try not to get too lost in all that spacious riff-dealing. Moon Destroys has been hard at work throughout the summer of 2024, self-recording and producing their highly anticipated debut full-length album, which is expected to be released in 2025.
