Avenged Sevenfold is up to something, and all we know is that whatever it is, it's happening at 1PM EST on March 19. Avenged Sevenfold currently has a livestream countdown going on their YouTube page (which you'll see below) that's using the same mysterious room the band used leading up to the announcement of Life Is But A Dream.
The popular guess as to what's being counted down to on Reddit is that Avenged Sevenfold is plotting a Life Is But A Dream deluxe edition, though others are guessing it's a music video for "Cosmic". All we know for sure is that we'll find out tomorrow afternoon, so stay tuned!
It's worth noting Avenged Sevenfold vocalist M. Shadows mentioned in a 2023 interview with Loudwire that the band had some leftover stuff from Life Is But A Dream.
"There are things that were left on the sides of this record that didn't quite make it that can be explored that I think will be incredible, that will be a very cool, soothing sort of connection to this record," said Shadows.
"I can't wait to explore that. I hope we can do it sooner than later honestly. But that really comes down to touring schedules and when we can get back in there. But this opens the doors to so many different things, the way that music has evolved in terms of distribution. You can kind of just do whatever you want. It's such an amazing gift, this Wild West we're living in. There are so many cool avenues we can take it down and I can't wait to do that and explore it and release it in certain ways."
