Bam Margera is due in court this Thursday, March 9 after being arrested on suspicion of domestic violence at a home in San Diego County, CA on March 2.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the San Diego County Sheriff's Department has confirmed that Margera was arrested at a home in Escondido, CA for allegedly kicking a woman. Margera was booked at the Vista Detention Facility "on suspicion of corporal injury on a current or former spouse, cohabitant, dating partner, or fellow parent" and was released the following day on $50,000 bail.
TMZ has further confirmed that the alleged victim is not Margera's estranged wife Nikki Boyd.
Margera had a pretty rough 2022, having been reported missing twice, but was fortunately found safely both times and returned to rehab. A movement called "Free Bam" had also surfaced online advocating for his freedom after fans felt he was placed in an unfair conservatorship, which Margera's family condemned as unhealthy.
