She was a salty old broad! All morning I've been watching classic and modern Joan Rivers clips. She was very much the female Don Rickels, but I feel she had the upper hand of being more in tuned with pop culture. While I may not agree with her political ideology, there is no denying she was a comedic force never willing to apologize for her jokes. In that sense, she was pretty fuckin' metal (although mostly plastic).
