Lego Ideas user Airbricks recently submitted a Rammstein stage setup as a potential new Lego set. Rammstein themselves backed the idea, and the idea even got the requisite amount of votes to be considered by Lego!
Unfortunately, because Rammstein is an intellectual property, the set has been removed from consideration.
“When submitting creations based on intellectual properties it is imperative that members follow the guidelines for intellectual properties that we have, including listing whether or not a submission is based on such if that is the case,” said the Lego Ideas team.
Well that sucks. At least we have a new Rammstein album to look forward to.
