Ex-Cannibal Corpse guitarist Jack Owen, who left the band in 2004, reunited with ex-Cannibal Corpse vocalist Chris Barnes in Six Feet Under in 2017. So how does current Cannibal Corpse bassist Alex Webster feel about the reunion? In an interview with Loaded Radio, he said he think it's pretty cool and that he's sure they're having a great time.

"That is cool, man. I'm sure they're having a great time jamming together again. So, yeah, it's killer."

Webster later added he only heard some of the band's newest album Nightmares Of The Decomposed, but there's "some cool grooves on there."

"Jack's got a really distinct writing style, and he's got a great groove. But, yeah, there's some cool grooves on there. And the rest of the band too. I really like Jeff Hughell's bass playing. Marco's a killer drummer. So, yeah, it's a cool band. And it sounds really good, the music."

Owen and Barnes were part of the original Cannibal Corpse lineup alongside Webster, guitarist Bob Rusay, and drummer Paul Mazurkiewicz.

Cannibal Corpse will release their new album Violence Unimagined is out April 16. Pre-order your copy here. You can also watch our exclusive interview with vocalist George "Corpsegrinder" Fisher here.
