Just months before the highly anticipated second edition of Lamb of God’s Headbanger’s Boat, an unexpected lineup change has occurred. According to a recent social media update from the cruise organizers, due to unavoidable “scheduling conflicts,” At The Gates has had to withdraw from the five-day metal cruise. However, a formidable replacement has been secured, with Carcass added to the bill.

“Headbangers! We regret to announce that At The Gates is unable to perform on the boat this year due to scheduling conflicts. We are, however, excited to announce the addition of Carcass to the 2024 Headbangers Boat lineup!” reads the official statement.

The cruise stellar line-up is as follows:

  • Lamb of God
  • Dethklok
  • Chimaira
  • Poison The Well
  • Carcass
  • Soulfly
  • Exodus
  • Napalm Death
  • Corrosion Of Conformity
  • After The Burial
  • Currents
  • Bleeding Through
  • Unearth
  • Eyehategod
  • Frozen Soul
  • UnityTX
  • Lamb Of God's Mark Morton (solo band)
  • Standup comedy from Shayne Smith and Mike Abrusci

Headbangers Boat 2024 sails October 28 to November 1 from Miami, FL to the brand new port of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic aboard the Norwegian Gem. The cruise is currently sold out, but a very limited number of cabins will be added this week. If you have been lamenting not scoring one when they were on sale, be quick and head over here this Friday.
