Last time we heard from Cave In in the form of a full-length album was 2011's White Silence, and before that was 2005's Perfect Pitch Black. Of course before that, Cave In was active from 1995 to 2006, but it seems like the 2011 release isn't going to be the last we've heard from the band. Frontman and guitarist Stephen Brodsky, who you might also know from Mutoid Man, has told CVLT Nation that the band is working on "some new stuff," though he doesn't specify what.
Cave In jammed for the first time in over a year and it felt great. Some new stuff in the works – definitely excited about it, thanks for asking.
CVTL Nation and Brodsky are referencing a picture from December 3, 2017, where Cave In announced it was jamming together for the first time in a while. This raised a lot of speculation among fans, and now it seems like that's been confirmed. New Cave In is happening!
