Ministry recently announced they were recruiting drummer Joey Jordison (ex-Slipknot, Sinsaenum) and vocalist Burton C. Bell (Fear Factory, Ascension of the Watchers) as parts of their live lineup, but now it's just Bell that's going on tour. Jordison has dropped off Ministry's roster and is replaced by Ministry's live drummer from 2017 Derek Abrams once again. Jordison's representative Amanda Victoria released the following statement as to why Jordison won't be joining the band on the road.
"It's been decided between Joey and Ministry that he will not go on tour with them so he may focus his full-time attention on his own ventures. Ministry and their management are very supportive of Joey and wish him continued success."
Vague! It also seems like Jordison dropped off pretty close to the start of the tour, so maybe things weren't going as planned? Ministry's tour just kicked off with Chelsea Wolfe, and you can see 'em at one of the dates below.
