Massachusetts-based grindcore band Escuela Grind made their debut in 2020 with Indoctrination, and then stepped things up big time in 2022 with Memory Theater. The record drew inspiration from many genres like Slipknot and electronic dance music, while rephrasing their lyrical topics to have a more powerful personal impact.
After extensive touring, Escuela Grind decided to take some time to write music and is now scheduled to enter to the studio, once again with producer Kurt Ballou during this fall.
"This is the longest time we've had without playing shows this year, and that's because we've been writing a ton of music for the next LP (recording with Kurt in the fall)," wrote Escuela Grind. "The rest of our year looks insane! Tours with The Acacia Strain, Mugshot, and No Cure and Baroness, Jesus Piece, and Portrayal Of Guilt. A proper headliner tour in Europe, and then a one off in CDMX for Off Limits. And then one more tour that's unannounced that you'll just have to look for. We love y'all, thanks for making this possible for us!!!"
