Daniel "DL" Laskiewicz was The Acacia Strain's lead guitar from 2001 until his departure in 2013. Laskiewicz has since carried on with his band LGND and a lot of studio stuff, and now he's putting his name on the new Unearth album. Unearth hasn't released a new album since 2014's Watchers Of Rule, so this awesome news two times over – new Unearth sooner or later and it's got some killer DL riffs on it!

If they're just writing it now, I'd say you probably won't have the album in your hands until at least late 2018.
