Back in the late 90s, Calvin Klein hired a slew of rock musicians to model for their new line of jeans. One of those musicians was then-Korn drummer David Silveria. There was much criticism coming from the metal world for Silveria partaking in the campaign. One person who was vocal about the situation was Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor, who at the time was quoted as saying:
“Today’s underground hero is tomorrow’s fucking Calvin Klein jeans commercial. That's hard to take when you’re a kid. I was lucky. I got to wait till I was 23 for Metallica to cheese out.”
The feud had died down, and Silveria kept busy by quitting Korn and going out of his way to trash talk his former bandmates, before filing a lawsuit.
But leave it to a fan to rekindle the feud. A fan tweeted to Corey Taylor that he asked David Silveria about Taylor's comments and Silveria alleges he roughed up Taylor:
@CoreyTaylorRock I asked David about you calling him out on the Calvin Klein ad thing…he responded. Your thoughts? pic.twitter.com/XDm17zJr4N

Taylor responded completely denying the incident:
Yeah. That never happened. Nice try though. https://t.co/KmdRZ834Fc

So it's Silveria's word against Taylor's. We are wondering… who ya got?
The results here should be interesting.
