Friends and family of the late and great Power Trip vocalist Riley Gale have teamed up to form The Riley Gale Foundation charity. The charity seeks to the Dallas Hope Charities and similar organizations, local and neighborhood-based animal rescues that are in constant need of funds and supplies, and various mental health programs.
To celebrate the formation of the charity, as well as the life of Riley Gale, the foundation has also announced the first annual Riley Gale & Friends Day Vol. 1. The event will be held on August 25 at Deep Ellum Art Co. in Dallas, TX. According to the press release, the event is free but contributions to The Riley Gale Foundation are encouraged and appreciated. There will be a live and online auction featuring dozens of one-off musical items, merchandise, artwork, gift certificates, items from Riley’s personal collection and more.
