Korn guitarist Brian "Head" Welch recently sat down with Spotlight Report to discuss everything from the band's new album to his family life. During the interview, Welch was asked if there are any new bands he's been digging. Welch strongly recommends Spiritbox, as well as other modern bands like Holding Absence, Siamese, and Sleep Token.

"…I really like the band Spiritbox, bro you gotta listen to that band, and listen to a song called "[Holy] Roller” and actually listen the whole record, [it] is the most melodic, beautiful music. It’s a bit 'Evanescence-ish.' You gotta check it [out], don’t stop until you listen to that band.

"There is another band called Holding Absence that is pretty cool, Siamese is another [one] I’ve been checking out… Sleep Token is very trippy… there you got a few for you and your readers to check out."

You heard the man. Go listen to Spiritbox.
