Lamb Of God vocalist Randy Blythe is the latest metal musician to take part in the 10 Songs That Changed My Life column in Kerrang!. The column usually examines songs that influenced an artist, as well as the song they're most proud of writing.

Blythe chose "King Me" from the band's 2012 record Resolution, which also features an orchestra and additional vocals from Amanda Munton.

“The song is about waking up and living life on life’s own terms. I recorded that not long after I got sober, and it was a pivotal, transitional time in my life. So it means a lot to me.”
