While they are trying to put that crazy riot behind them, METALLICA are forging ahead planning to reinvent their stage show for the near future and it's supposedly really big. The band's manager, Peter Mensch says there are big plans for 2011:
"Let's just say that next year you will see a Metallica tour that will blow your mind," Mensch said in a recent interview. "They will only play in 10 cities, but it will be a huge undertaking. It will be Metallica's equivalent of 'The Wall.'"
I'm certainly intrigued but I doubt that they can pull anything off akin to building a giant fucking wall and performing the 2nd half of your set behind said wall. Maybe they should try to get their solos down first. What do you guys think?
