Mötley Crüe has a pretty busy October coming up. The band will release their new EP Cancelled on October 4 and will play three shows on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, CA to celebrate. They are:
10/7 Troubador
10/9 The Roxy
10/11 Whisky a Go Go
Avoiding Ticketmaster and all its ridiculous policies is easy for this one, as tickets will only be available starting September 14 at the box offices of the three clubs. I'd make a crack about Mötley Crüe playing small clubs and how their shows have sounded in recent years, but fans have proven that they're gonna show up in droves. So y'know, shut the hell up.
In addition to the shows and a pop-up store at the Rainbow Bar & Grill on October 6 through 12, Mötley Crüe has also announced a new philanthropic endeavor, the Mötley Crüe Giveback Initiative. The initiative finds Mötley Crüe partnering with different non-profit organizations to help raise funds. Up first is a pair of tickets to the Troubadour club show on October 7, which you can bid on here.
There's also an instrument auction coming up on September 30, both of which will benefit Covenant House, a non-profit organization supporting young people experiencing homelessness.
