The marketing effort for Ozzy Osbourne's new album, Ordinary Man, is in full effect. The album is expected to be released in early 2020 and we already are IN the promotional cycle.
Last week, Ozzy released his first single, "Under the Graveyard" and it sounded damn good. We learned the album, which was produced by Post Malone's producer Andrew Watt, will feature performances from Guns N Roses bassist Duff McKagan and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith. Watt presumably plays guitar on the album.
Ozzy is teasing something new for this Friday at midnight. He shared a postcard inviting fans "Straight to Hell," which we can presume will be the second single's title.

There is even a Facebook event invite for this, leading fans to speculate it might not just be a video. Perhaps it's a new destination festival? But I just assume this might be the big single with the music video and all that fanfare.
Ozzy will be appearing at the American Music Awards this Sunday, performing his duet with Post Malone, "Take What You Want."
Ozzy's rest of 2019 is quiet and then he is hitting the road with Judas Priest in Europe and with Marilyn Manson in the United States. Here is the tour routing and ticket links:
