Kiss fan or not, I think we can all agree that the band had a massive part in rock showmanship. Between the costumes and the overall stage show, Kiss has been making their show an absolute event for decades.
In an interview with Volume, guitarist Paul Stanley said he believes the essence of Kiss' live shows can be found in pretty much every major rock tour.
"Well, The End of the Road tour has been amazing in that we've managed to put together a higher technology than before in our shows, and look, no matter who you see on tour – bands or entertainers – whoever you go to see, you're seeing a KISS show because KISS DNA is in everything that's done nowadays," he said.
"So for us, it's really a matter of always putting our stamp on it and you can always have a KISS show but you don't get KISS so I think there's a big difference."
Kiss is supposed to hit the road for their End of the Road tour this August with David Lee Roth, which according to Dr. Anthony Fauci might actually happen.
