Jeopardy occasionally throws a glance in the direction of metal and rock, having used Motley Crue, Slipknot, Megadeth, and Foo Fighters members as answers in the past. Now the show has touched a little more on the golden era of thrash and asked contestants about "The Big 4." The question in last night's episode, October 5, asked contestants to correctly identify Slayer, and of course metal fans had to post about it online since it's always kinda weird seeing metal bands referenced on TV.
Now we wait for people to argue over whether or not bands like Testament belong in The Big 4.
Tonight's @Jeopardy featured @Slayer as an answer, with bonus @Metallica, @Megadeth and @Anthrax shout-outs https://t.co/CG0eW0JR69 pic.twitter.com/ZVznhjaBl1
